THE MARINE INDUSTRY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (CSI) DEALER AWARD IS PRESENTED TO DEALERSHIPS THAT PROVIDED EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE AREAS OF SALES AND/ OR SERVICE.

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer.

The Award is derived from the feedback of our customers as a part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2023, nationally, over 175,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 50,000 responding, so the dealer can display their achievement proudly.
